Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, property address, blockchain wallet address, and payment information. Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. If you contact us via the contact form or email, we retain that correspondence. We also collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URLs through anonymized analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to fulfill your order — specifically, to mint your property address on the Base blockchain and deliver the NFT to your wallet. We use your email address to send order confirmations, minting completion notifications, and responses to your inquiries. We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Information Shared with Third Parties
We share your information only as necessary to complete your order or comply with the law. Stripe receives your payment information to process your transaction. Google Sheets is used internally to log order details for fulfillment purposes. PropyKeys (Propy Inc.) receives your property address and wallet address to execute the blockchain minting. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

Blockchain Data
Please be aware that the property address you submit will be permanently recorded on the Base blockchain, which is a public ledger. Once minted, this information cannot be deleted, altered, or removed by us or anyone else. Do not submit any information you wish to keep private. Your wallet address will also appear in the public blockchain record as the NFT recipient.

Data Retention
We retain your order information (name, email, property address, wallet address) for a minimum of seven years for business, tax, and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that we cannot delete information that has been recorded on the public blockchain, and we may be required to retain certain records by law.

Cookies and Analytics
This website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function properly. We use anonymized analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, session duration, referral source). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some site features may not function correctly without them.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Geographic Restrictions
This service is available only in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted. We do not accept orders from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, in compliance with applicable sanctions laws and our payment processor's requirements. Access from these regions is technically blocked.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
