At Mint My Property, your satisfaction is our priority. We believe in doing business the right way — with transparency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to making sure every customer walks away feeling confident in their investment. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Full Refund Guarantee

If we are unable to mint your property address on the blockchain for any reason — including technical limitations, address eligibility issues, or service unavailability — you will receive a full refund of your $99 payment. No questions asked.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

You are responsible for submitting the correct property address at the time of your order. We mint the exact address you provide. If an incorrect, misspelled, or invalid address is submitted and the minting is completed as ordered, no refund will be issued. Please double-check your address before submitting — we recommend copying it directly from Google Maps to ensure accuracy.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the refund request being approved. If you paid via Venmo, the refund will be sent to your Venmo account.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Once your property address has been successfully minted on the Base blockchain and the NFT has been transferred to your wallet, the transaction is complete and no refund is available. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed. This includes orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the minting process has begun. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or (410) 937-3175 with your name and order details. Once the minting process has started — meaning your property address has been submitted to the blockchain — cancellations are no longer available, as blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. We will always notify you before beginning the minting process if there is any delay, giving you the opportunity to cancel if needed.
